In the spring of 1992, Kris Van Puyvelde and Frank Boschman combined their commercial talents to acquire a shipment of teak furniture, challenging the prevailing trend of white plastic garden furnishings. Within a week, their entire inventory was sold out at the Belgian Riviera, marking the start of a remarkable journey.

By investing in a prestigious trade fair in Frankfurt, they secured partnerships with distributors from Canada, Italy, France, Austria, and Argentina, laying the groundwork for international growth.
